The beauty and majesty of Canada’s Rocky Mountains proved to be a suitable launching pad for the 2018 Lincoln Navigator drive events.
From January 22 to January 26, some of Canada’s top automotive and consumer media gathered in Vancouver for high flying alpine adventures and two test drive events.
JGK Integrated Solutions Inc. was proud to provide the logistics for these amazing experiences as participants familiarized themselves with Lincoln’s 2018 SUV lineup. The majesty of the Rockies was a great backdrop for the open road adventure as participants experienced a sense of performance, power and control – all key attributes of this luxury brand.
Drivers gathered at the Fairmont Vancouver Airport then departed for the Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish. After that, it was check in time at the Four Seasons Whistler where everyone had some time before enjoying an amazing culinary experience at the Bearfoot Bistro – home to the world famous Ketel One Ice Room – the world’s coldest vodka tasting room and only permanent sub-zero vodka tasting room in Canada.
One of the highlights of the experience was a 30 minute helicopter tour of the area beginning in Whistler and ending at the Big Sky Golf Course in Pemberton. Not many can say they were able to take a helicopter to lunch!
As if a helicopter tour wasn’t adrenaline pumping enough, participants were also welcome to enjoy a variety of leisure activities including ski and snowboard lessons and a trip to the Scandinave Spa (for those who needed some chill time after their high flying adventure!)
The breathtaking scenery of the Rocky Mountains proved to be the perfect playground to experience the performance and pure luxury of the 2018 Lincoln Navigator. No matter what the weather or road conditions, the Navigator was able to pull through leaving drivers with the sense that, perhaps for once in their lives, they were in control of Mother Nature.
Feedback from the event was tremendous and participants will never forget their luxurious surroundings and taste of Canadian majesty known as the Rocky Mountains!
